Global Environmental Law Website Launched

Professors Robert Percival of the University of Maryland School of Law and Tseming Yang of Vermont Law School today launched their Global Environmental Law website.  It can be viewed at www.globalenvironmentallaw.com.  The website contains a weekly blog about developments in global environmental law as well as a photo album and video clips from the conference on "Globalizing Clinical Education to Protect the World's Health and Environment," which was held at Maryland from April 11-13, 2007.

Professors Percival and Yang also will be posting "country profiles" - descriptions of the status of environmental law in various countries.  These have been prepared by their students.  Environmental law professors from around the world are encouraged to make additions/corrections to these as a kind of "wiki" to refine our understanding of the current state of global environmental law.
